Protesters in Russia’s Far East Call for Putin to Resign

MOSCOW—Protesters marched for a second day in Russia’s Far Eastern city of Khabarovsk over the arrest of a regional governor, in a display of defiance days after President Vladimir Putinwon a referendum that could prolong his power for years to come.
