Humble’s got a great VR bundle going cheap • Eurogamer.net

Some high caliber offerings.

At a time when many of us are stuck inside, it’s hard to beat that escape offered by virtual reality. Letting you fully immerse yourself into distant worlds, it’s certainly an expensive hobby, but Humble has just made it a bit easier. Launching their Fall VR Bundle today, it’s the perfect opportunity for those on a budget and they’ve brought us quite a range of offerings.

This time around, Humble are supporting Movember and the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) as their choice of charities, though you can select different ones if you wish. There aren’t as many games as we’ve seen in previous bundles, offering 8 in total, but like the others, this one offers a multi-tier set of options from just 77p.

There’s no unifying link between these games outside of a VR headset, but in terms of big names, the star of this show undoubtedly lies within the top tier and acclaimed horror shooter The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners. For those who’ve already bought it, there’s plenty of great choices lower down too, including Creed: Rise To Glory and A-Tech Cybernetic VR.

If you’ve recently bought the new Oculus Quest 2, chances are that this will look quite tempting but some forewarning here, these are all Steam keys. As a result, you can only play them via Oculus Link and that requires a good gaming rig. Owners of a Valve Index, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift or Windows MR device will be absolutely fine though.

VR isn’t cheap, but this deal certainly is, so here’s a full breakdown of the Humble Fall VR Bundle.

  • Killing Floor Incursion

  • I Expect You To Die
  • Creed: Rise To Glory™
